RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:John Elmore - Another Lightweight??Existing permits will be renegotiated in 36 months after the law is enacted.Thats means
the operator has another three years time to explore the block.If an operator finds oil in that time
they can apply for a production lisence.
A farm in partner would probably want to know for sure if its a fact that the lisence will continue to be in their possession for three years or any other time period and how much tax they would have to pay
before entering an agreement with Energulf.
According to their presentation they expect an agremment with a farm in partner this quarter.Its 73 days left.We will soon know...
From what I have heard the law will be agreed upon this year.Could be that Energulf is not in such a hurry as we thought.If they get another three years they could take it easy for another two years in worst case.
