RE:Why the HaltYes it is a better deal for NVM and I think the October time frame just gives them breathing room. It sounds more like they are working on the financing and are still moving forward with their plan to prepare the facility. I believe this to be great news and the share price will be positive. I'm not sure why NVM wants to restrict Scanmag from buying shares.
