RE:RE:RE:Acacia ouchAcacia misses Analysts earnings forecasts and the stock jumps 7% to over $17 today.
How can that be?  Are they already factoring in the WiLAN takeover into the share price?

With these recent news releases you can't help but think WiLAN is setting themselves up for the buyout.  Acacia must be licking their chops with WiLAN's current & future revenue streams about to be tapped - especially Apple now that WiLAN has done most of the expensive litigation work for them.  Any bets a deal with Apple will be struck shortly after the buyout?

And WiLAN shareholders end up getting a bum deal yet again.
