Jalaspen, I agree with everything you said. I was trying to draw attention to the fact that China is a hard card to read. There trade policies are a slide rule that they constantly adjust fit their latest convenient whims. Everybody wants to have their cake and eat it,too. China's just a little more ruthless in their approach. That's all!!!
