Fipke having 22% of the shares is good. Thee are also some AMW shareholders behind this play. Malcolm Shaw with his Alpha article, the play caught his eye, and I know there are a lot of other eyes watching to see if they make a discovery. If they do, the stock is pretty tight. Nice trading action on the stock now and drilling does't start for a couple weeks.

Use of Proceeds
