Hi Realstone
Lucara is debt free and does not have to issue more shares to get money for operational needs since the finding of these exceptional stones has helped pay off all debt and purchase new crushing technology (needed to find larger stones) and they are getting revenues from a working mine Vs Fission which is in the exploration stage. If I read correctly one of the recent  private placements for FCU was at $ 1.65 / share  and the SP is now in low $ 1.40's ... My opinion is that FCU needs to find a buy out partner in the next year or so as they can't keep diluting shares .. It's great to have a large uranium find .. but if you end up issuing a billion shares in the process the SP with be marginalized ..
