Very disappointing

Very disappointingWhat a sham..Not even 1 yr. of  dividends & now they suspend it..Original purchase had an IRR that the executive officers said would support this payout..What changed? It appears they did not understand the marketplace when the next purchase was made..You would think they would have arranged the financing to coincide with that purchase & not try after the fact...Rookie mistakes by this management group has now hurt investors who relied on the payout & will now cause greater capital losses...The board, if they are doing their job, should question the decisions made by management. They obviously misjudged the market & the ability to raise the required funds..This misstep will likely result in more dilution than was necessary because the instructions will control the terms of the next round of financing..The folks who bot the last round of equity financing @ $3.20 just got shafted..There is a lot of high priced help making these decisions & some should be axed for their lack of due diligence on this matter..
