Reiterating My Plea For Talks

Reiterating My Plea For Talks

Let's see.  What are the two sides arguing here about?  Moose pasture?  Because if that's what it is, it's a fight over nothing.  But if we're arguing over something -- Treaty Creek -- that's truly valuable, then that value will never see the light of day if our two companies go broke before they can monetize the project.

I can see why the shareholders of each company are upset.  I've watched my investment decline dramatically in value.  The duration and costs of this trial have been a cancer on the share price of TUO; what do you think further litigation will do?  That being said, the worst can be over for both companies if prudent steps are taken.

The shareholders of AMK are passive investors like we are.  I find no fault with any shareholders.  So can we stop insulting each other once and for all?

I will take the lead, on behalf of (I'm sure some) Teuton shareholders, in asking Dino, or another representative of the company, to sit down and have a comprehensive discussion of all issues with management of AMK with a goal of ending all legal conflicts; moving ahead with a plan for Treaty Creek moving forward and, if necessary, developing a long-range plan for our two companies to somehow disengage at the first practical opportunity, if deemed necessary by both parties.

This may sound crazy, but there is still a chance for these stocks to start moving north again.  We have exciting projects in an exciting part of Canada.  But anyone who wants to invest only reads about lawsuits.  Any potential investor in this company has to ponder this:  Should I invest in Company A, which is going to use my cash to drill in -- for example -- the Yukon for gold or should I invest in Company B or C which is going to use my money for years of litigation and then maybe drill.

BOTH companies need to consider these issues.

Yes, I do think TUO can survive without taking this tack; but it will delay the company's recovery by some time, IMO.

What do you think?

Happy Easter.
