New management

New management The old management had a poor track record or spending due to a large overhead and a business plan that was based on the land grab going on at the time.

the new management has stated that it will be looking for the smallest overhead possible and a business plan that is based on production.

the newmanagement released a news release saying a deal with the operator was reached with a budget of approx 10 mil to produce gas for sale. The new business plan is night and day compared to the former team.

Given em the known fact that funding is being raised and the falling share price of a market cap of 4 mil for a company that holds 1tcf. When funding is complete and the drill is turning, this price of .025 is a steal, I don't know what your average is but I believe your mentality is one of a bag holder and your not reflecting the current situation.

is production is achieved and cash flow generated, the 11 million loan will
look like peanuts and the land this company holds would only increase speculation. This being said I have been buying as the price falls, won't take much to break even and profits will be seen once funding closes.

best of luck
