The company had been working on replacing its current auditor for some time.  The company was paying well over $100K per year in audit fees and by switching it has reduced its fees by more than 50%.  There is a process to change auditors with notices.  The process was started weeks ago but could not be filed and or announced until all the appropriate letters and notices were filed and received.
