RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:This is great news for Avanti MiningShortshot...I don't really get your point, but I'll try to guess, and answer your questions appropriately: first, the tsx or tmx, and toronto stock ventures, is the same...the ventures are often called the juniors, whereas the others are not juniors....to graduate from junior to full-fledge member you must apply and be accepted....but that doesn't mean a venture is any less than a full member...in fact, many ventures are in better situations than many full members ( not all), so using this as a variable in valuing a company is totally useless....the previous advice to call the tsx was spot on...the tsx and ventures are run by the same entity...next, if you want to find out insider buying, go to the Canadian Insider site I previously provided. Every insider buy reported to SEDI is listed there. Every company and individual is legally obligated to report to SEDI, and then gets posted on the Canadian Insider. The top 5 tsx and top 5 tsx venture companies are posted on page 1. However, if you click on "All Recent Insider Activity", you will get a complete list for all companies. If the company abbreviation is preceded by T:, it is a graduate member; if it is preceded by V., it is a junior; if it is preceded by C., it is listed on the CSNX out of Calgary, Alberta (this exchange alone is not affiliated with the TSX or TMX). Word of advice: generally stay away from CSNX companies (these companies are often companies which were not able to meet listing requirements for the TSX, or as also known as TMX). And, yes, as stated earlier a very few, few deviant companies have third party plants in places such as the Bahamas. This would make absolutely no sense for a company in Avanti's position. They are legit. As one poster stated, at 6.5 cents...this would be a dumb-ass thing to do....Lastly, I don't mind your questions as no questions, no answers...all questions are good...but somethings should be done over the phone or via email with the experts who have the real answers...not a message board where we are all anonymous and trying to piece the puzzle together....
