Oh, yes, there are shares on top of that. Shares are being given away for free i.e. 0 cents per share paid by the creditors. Months ago we had folks doing the math showing how 8-9 cents was a steal, and before that it was 20 cents, and so on. This is the best financing that our properties could buy. Keep your powder dry.
