That kind of Fluff is de rigeur in a dim scenario. Like attractively wrapped "chocolate" Easter Eggs,
for display only, with nothing inside. :) The difference here is we know their is lots inside the taconites, but the process of getting to it is not a lot simpler than planning a tunnel to China. Come to think of it, a Tunnel to China is a really cool idea. Who needs a pipeline for the iron ore to take it to port, when a tunnel can take it straight to China.
