The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:PTA is on the PROWL...These people likely just guessing, perhaps wishful thinking.
Time is close for reserve disclosure and for year end financials,
though with production likely close to what we previously had
been experiencing.  There will be changes in structure as many
20 cent warrants should have been exercised. And for some of you,
your May 9th date is close at hand as well, though I personally dont
see much significance in that.. A handful of large volume days at higher
prices (which is the key) will take away many of the 20 cent warrants (
assuming we have similar types of decisions to exercised as in the past).
Quickest option to increased pricing now is a suitor for us, lets see 
if that transpires..
