Based purely on my business management experience, my IBC investment plan conservatively projects SP should be trading within the range $4 to $5 Cd plus within 5 to 8 years from 2011. Hence, I'm gradually building my position, as IBC soundly moves forward. I agree with your comments, that 'A hard tooling contract usually takes 16 weeks to complete." But, since we do not know any details, I would not be surprised if it takes 6, 9 or even 12 months to complete given IB-EMC is in the final stages of materials and production qualification process with Lockheed Martin's F-35 Electro-optical Targeting System (DOTS) With LM throwing new qualifying hurdles for IBC to metaphorically speaking to jump over!
