How does a “spy” operate? Just ask Brent Johnson, an agent for Zions First National Bank and Utah Attorney Generals Mark Shurtleff and John Swallow against the Davis Family and a thousand Utah Kanco Stockholders who exposed the corruption of Nevada Senator Harry Reid with Barrick Gold of North America/Franco-Nevada/Fitz/Ranspot.

The spy ring failed because Brent Johnson has always been selfish and someone who knows nothing about operating a gold mine company. At least Mike Fitzgerald was a smart geologist, who knew how to circumvent ---- but left a trail of facts and illegal actions since 1971 when he incorporated MSX.
