RE:A distribution Increase?

RE:A distribution Increase?Thanks dofdan1,
He's definately starting to tick the boxes on what investors need to hear. As I noted previously, Growth is what the market wants in a REIT. Growth and increased cashflow per share are positive and realistic.
He's mostly come clean with connection to Vendor and Laura Philp. It's a close enough relationship that its fair to scrutinize the market value. But coming clean means investors have there eyes open now and can make their own call. The argument will be made that given their direct experience with the site they are most capable of assessing site potential and long term value. I believe its been overvalued, however the share price has compensated accordingly.

In the future the market will have to look at each acquisition's merits. Assume each new acquisition will seem expensive, be modestly accretive but ultimately be a growth story that could feed into dividend growth. It's sellable.
