The Company holds interests in lithium and copper exploration projects located in the State of Nevada, United States of America. Nevada Sunrise owns 100% interests in the Gemini, Jackson Wash and Badlands lithium projects, all of which are located in the Lida Valley in Esmeralda County, Nevada and the Pelican lithium project in Saskatchewan, Canada. The Gemini Lithium Project (Gemini) consists of 353 unpatented lode and placer claims totaling 7,060 acres and located in the Lida Valley approximately 10 kilometers east of the town of Lida, Nevada. The Company's Jackson Wash Lithium Project consists of over 49 unpatented placer claims totaling approximately 397 hectares and is located in the Lida Valley on the east side of the Montezuma Range. It has the right to earn a 100% interest in the Coronado Copper Project, located approximately 48 kilometers southeast of Winnemucca, Nevada.

I didn't factor in PLG's $33M cash position into my calculations, which after subtracting $106M for its 79% share of KM, leaves a mere $19M assingned to all of it's remaining assets.

You could present a very strong case that PLG is currently undervalued compared to NEV.....but NEV's 21% should trade at a premium imo - it's going to get bought out by PLG at some point (perhaps sooner rather than later).
