Just my opinion / view...please do your own due diligence.

I think MTO has signed off on a non-disclosure agreement with some people doing a due diligence on the Barry property. I think some drilling results are known and further testing is taking place by MTO and/or other interested parties. This takes time.
And yes it is all legal....happens all the time between interested parties.
Barry property has been compared to the Malartic / Detour properties....Now we have Eagle Hill's property: much of the property (Barry) also covers the SW strike extension of the Windfall Lake Gold Deposit.

The Barry United Property covers the strike extensions of the Barry and Windfall Lake gold deposits, over a length of 13 km in the up-and-coming Barry-Urban belt.
MTO (Barry): The mineralized zone is up to 1 kilometre long and 400 metres wide, and is only sparcely tested below a vertical depth of 200 metres.

If or when Eagle Hill goes into production, where is the nearest processing ore plant or will they build their own?

There is a mill about 100km away that uses the same flow sheet that Eagle Hill would use to process its ore. One of the things we'll look at when we start the economic assessment is whether it's more cost effective to build our own mill or truck the ore to the nearby mill. At this point, however, it's too early to say for sure.

Eagle Hill already interested in MTO milling facilities....A merger? Area consolidation? Spin out of Barry/Windfall Lake? Out right sale? Institutions own a good percentage of EAG and MTO; a deal will benefit ALL shareholders.
Major gold companies very interested in future projects in Canada.

Interesting to note that the Barry property was once optioned by Osisko back in 2004.
