RE:questions on report

RE:questions on reportAn experienced strategic partner would contribute the following:

- Help insure a proper ramp up at NATO and full utilization of other existing services (fracking fluid blending, condensate handling)
- Help CUS monetize a portion of its investment in NATO and pay back debt.
- Help finance the second phase of expansion at NATO (more unit trains, salt caverns.. etc)

Such a partnership would be a win-win-win for all involved, and I would be supportive of it, even a full sale could make sense if done at the right price and the funds are used to pay back debt, buyback shares and used to further expand and diversify our chemical business.

Regards,
Nawar
