the reason the share price has dropped the last 2 days is because Cannacord and Anonymous have been selling in order to buy into the PP
..the reason the PP has been revised is in order to RAISE AS MUCH MONEY as possible in order to Finance a Decent Drlling program and follow the recommendations of SRK going into the PREPRODUCTION phase of the the evolution of Windfall
..if the share price where higher they could make the PPs at a higher level..however everyone is whining and complaining about the company in order to try and keep the sp down so they can accumulate and "biting themseves in the ass"...by keeping the sp at these levels.
If the stock was allowed to run to a higher level then the PPs would also be at a higher sp...you cant expect the Financial backers to pay 3-4X ....what retail investors are paying.....when they where doing the PPs at .11 everyone was still trying to bash the stock down to lower levels and when they succeed ...continue to whine about it !!!!
..so eventually the Real Value of Windfall will be proven up regardless of the number of outstanding shares
