You regard negative comments about a company or it's management as detrimental to the company's fortune lest other less informed investors become "informed" about management's shortcomings.
Your reasoning sounds more like you're advocating for the greater fool theory of investing and cheerleading is why these message boards exist.
I'll lead the cheers when a company is making money for all concerned;but I think honest discussion of a company's pros and cons is much more helpful.
There are usually two different points of view being expressed whenever a share of stock changes hands.
