Excellent points
Looking at the number of participants & viewers of this board  says a lot about the interest level.
Shareholders have been more than patient with this CEO & board members.
Like many on this board I have lost confidence in this managements  abilitity to look after their shareholders interests.
Long term investors have suffered severe losses while management is richly rewarded for one of the worst performing companies on the TSE
We can only hope that the company will be sold before the next downturn so shareholders can recoup some some of the losses
