Not surprising they appealled this....maybe with the new Govn't it might actually mean something. International Arb is the key...Green light to resume working would just be, well, outstanding. Stans is ready to get too production, just need the green light. things will move incredibly fast if they win and govnt impeedment doesn't exisit.
