Folks in all seriousness here, are you expecting all if us here to believe that Nika sat down at the negotiating table and just threw their money away in a piece if property? Wake up folks. You don't spend this kind if money unless you have a high degree of certaintity that you have something. There are folks here that remind me of uwatcher and my bet is that he is still here.
