RE:RE:Loan is secured by 15% of sekiyu Regardless, nobody seems to care anymore, or at least nobody sees it as an investment that is worth the risk even at two pennies. Fililng the financials is not a show-stopper. They said they don't have the money and capacity to do it so that's why the delay. Once they file them, it should be no surprise to anyone. There's zero revenues, and it is all expenses. We know expenses will be high for the results that have been achieved, no production, no meaningful further explaration and so on. We know they need money to keep going so it is not like we have to worry about how low the working capital is. Plus, it is the financial statements showing what was the state a couple of months ago. Couple of months ago is old news.

Unfortunately it pains me to say that this one is done for the old shareholders.  Speculators can choose to play it and make a penny or two return, but as a speculative investment for the old shareholders, it is best to put any new money into a fresh company.
