RE:RE:RE:do you have questions on high north?ask him why, contrary to exchange rules, he is very late filing his sales. Does he not know he could be in serious trouble


Maybe he didn't even know he had sold shares. It used to happen to me all the time. When my stock options would vest, the broker would automatically sell enough of my shares to pay the tax required on the vested shares. A few months later I would find out about it.
