It owns a portfolio of hotels and net lease service and necessity-based retail properties. The Company owns over 221 hotels with approximately 37,000 rooms or suites located in over 36 states, in the District of Columbia, Ontario, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

RE:RE:"Sandvine hits $4.00 for the first time since 2007"I like your enthusiasm. Don't think its going to stay at 4$ unless they announce something big. It will likely pull back. After year end results traded up to $3.50 and then went sub $3.00 (with the share offer). Q2 results will prob not show Q on Q improvement and most of the recent momo players will be discouraged and sell (if they are not already doing so). That could offer another buying opportunity. If by chance Q2 is same or better going to run again. Seems a given that after Q3 and Q4 we will be >$4. Of course this presumes that there are no market "disruptions".
