The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Next week.I for one agree with Shinkler. You don't need an economic course but common sense to know that PTA is a one field play. If they didn't have LM where do you think the share price would be. It's Winter that needs to take a math course. They have 35 million in debt so whatever cash they have on hand minus 35 million from it minus another 4 million in interest. 110 million dollars does sound good but isn't that much. They could have capex spending for that amount in one year. How much did that dud La Guiria 2 cost alone which was pissed away. However I propose that in 14 days(May 9th) as according to Winter if the share price is over .35 cents then I will stop posting to this board and if it is not then winter will you stop posting?
