Some guy wants to take about a 25% interest in this company for prices between .07 and .10 a share.
Putting into the company enough cash to pay the presidents salary for the next 4 years if he exes the warrants.
Will act as a Dragon to provide the company with all his expertise at no cost...maybe the Pres can retire now with no severance to save the company that major expense.
Shareholders have to approve this so it is not a done deal...I will be buying Monday.
This is the third deal of the companies I follow where execs have taken a big interest in the company via PP, one has doubled in value the other is up around 800% since late last year.
