The Mormon Church is not liable in the Moab, Utah radioacative tailings situation. Ranspot and Fitzgerald hired the same law firm which represented Atlas Minerals back in 1989 against Barrick Goldstrike. That is where the liability lies. Several Native American tribes/members have joined with Kanco Stockholders to connect the dots between Ranspot and fitzgerald in this mess.


My dispute with the LDS Church deals with Jeffrey R. Holland going to Chile, South America back in August, 2002 and cutting a secret deal with Jorge Lopehandia. Holland wrote me a personal letter in July,, 2002. Holland was President of the BYU right after Dallin Oaks is sued by the IRS for three years (2002-2005) and works with Phelps Dodge Corporate Attorney Colton in a sescret deal with Jorge's brother, Cris. Guess who got the MSX funds? Cris! Cris Lopehandia Cortes created the Partnership with Villar in January, 2005 while LDS Apostle Jeff Holland was in Santiago, Chile.
