RE:Feedback Requested: tayjon80 and LT54GGHonestly not sure. The IOS guy can certainly apply his knowledge evaluating anything VRB owns but if they don't actually own it then he will have difficulty putting it into a report even if qualified as historic.
I am not sure if QC is like BC where certain technical reports on public lands get put into a searchable database and become public domain...I have never figured out my way around GESTIM.
I have been watching this story for a few years and do remember some posting way back as to who was entitled to what. I am guessing the extract refers to what is available at an SEC filing that comments on the SNC-Lavalin report...that is all I have ever been able to find about said report.
