RE:Slow and steady

RE:Slow and steady"Where there is no vision the people die". Well in this case shareholders lose their investment. This is a company with no vision. It is not growing in terms of sales, it is losing money in the last two years from operations and its GP is shrinking. It's management is ineffective. From Glassdoor.com "If PFB/Alan Smith is unhappy with a subsidiary, fix it or sell it, but don't throw it to the wolves in a "merger" with a less-profitable company. PFB clearly wanted to ruin, punish or otherwise take out frustrations on its Michigan timber frame company, so they should have had the guts to do their own dirty work. The legacy of PFB's actions in Michigan will not serve them well in the long run."
