UnderValued ... Global Scientific NetworkSomeone posted that IMM would go down to under $0.50 & it is only worth $0.20.
Well ... I challenge u. IMM has $6.5 million in cash & total assets total to almost $9 million. Take that those number & divide by 30 million outstanding share ... u'll get $0.22/share in cash & $0.30/share in total assets. Of course, progression of any clinical trials or future establishment of health-related website or execution of Meditech Pharma's stock options have not yet being calculated.
By the way, BCR's 50% total assets are not yet calculated in IMM's stock price. As of Mar31 2000, IMM reported a loss of $0.02 per share. With BCR acquistion, IMM would not be reporting any loss instead it would be reporting positive earnings by year end.
IMM has also gathered a global network of scientific advisory that includes Bridge Pharma, University of Manitoba, University of British Columbia (UBC), Memorial University, University of Kentucky, University of London, 3-Dimensional Pharma, & St. Paul's Hospital.
Strongest alliance was formed with UBC including its Division of Neurology & Faculty of Medicine (Pharmacology & Therapeutics). As noted in today's papers, "$40 million in research grants makes UBC a major player" ... "The new money, part of $73 million (55% of total goverment grants to UBC!) coming to BC, boosts Martha Piper's plan to turn the university (UBC) into a research powerhouse. As a note, $22 million grants for McGill University, $11 million grants for University of Toronto, & $6 million grants for University of Alberta.
This strong scientific network add significant value to IMM's stock. While this network maynot be easy to incorporate into IMM stock, this network would aid IMM in completing its current & future product pipeline, provide consultation in further acquistion of biotech/pharma, & provide the intellectual properities for the health-related website.
I believe that $0.55-.0.60 range is IMM's bottom, any lower would definitely prompt financial insitutional players to purchase in big blocks resulting in a sudden "pop" of IMM.
