RE:Fitzgerald Claims BYUYou analysis is correct.  Clyde Davis discovered what you just stated on the ABX Bullfrog mine and did sue his partners in 1993.  But the Judge dismissed his case based in statute of limitation (he knew about the secret deals back in 1988!)

Clyde was wishy-washy, very political, with zero back-bone at many times..................oh well!
