In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. If you don't mind, re-read your email....think about what you are saying.

How does a miner, oil producer, etc, get started. They discover one ( or more ) possible resources,  issue shares for capital spending, etc..... dig one hole at a time, find what they are looking for ( or not ) and they grow, yes grow forward, generating shareholder value ( or not )...simple as that. 

You my friend need to get out of the small cap market and buy Apple!
