Thanks for these links.  This is sad and wrong which you put forth perfectly.  In reviewing this sector and this company; there needs to be change.  I think you will see the Colombian people push for change as well in some form because their is a leadership void.  You see it many countries but this is a glaring example.

In regards to the company, I would agree that a larger shareholder like John Paulson should push for change in this company.  The management have not presented alternative options about development other than this project.  I understand their investment in this project is significant but their brand name seems to have suffered either fairly or unfairly to the point that non one wants to see them succeed.  

The shareholder meeting on May 9th will represent  a chance minority shareholders to step forth and hopefully you will see larger individuals push for change in this companies management.  I have heard from some who will be attending and pushing for change.

Thanks for your input and research.
