RE:Volume SpikeThis is looking more and more like the Venture halted this due to the content in news release right after the share volume and spike.This news release with the $100,000 in escrow with intent to acquire the business after dd review is similar to Chlormet Tech ( cmt ), who has invested $120,000 for a non-controlling16.5% equity interest in AAA Heidelburg and was halted as well a few days later after their news release. It seems the common thread here is when a company commits a sum of cash with a LOI to perform a review with the right to aquire the company, the Venture feels that is a COB. Just guessing here
