RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:GXESales of shares by an overseas holding company & sale of Assets by TBE are very different as far as responsibilities are concerned. If the offshore company does not inform the TBE about the sale then TBE cannot do much about it. I do not know if there was earlier disclosure or some kind of disclosure when the sale of Lime Rock assets took place. The responsibility of disclosure is more on the insider.

Signing an agreement by TBE to sell some assets is much different & the company is obliged to disclose it to the shareholders. Let alone it is good business practice it is legal obligation.
They don’t have to wait till the actual date of closing; they have to inform the shareholders about the agreement to sell.
