TD's ratingI have been following Td Waterhouse's rating of HRE.V and it was at the lowest for quite a while, price and risk both at 1of 10 Then went to 2 and 2 a few weeks ago, and now price is 4 and risk is 2. Big improvement in price, but still a high risk. I'm in for the ride at least. glta
