The Company’s projects include the Elizabeth Creek Copper Cobalt Project, Cameron River Copper Gold Project, Kinloch (Boss Energy JV), Booleroo and Club Terrace. It owns a 100% interest in the Elizabeth Creek Copper Cobalt Project, which is centered over 30 kilometers (km) south-east of Woomera and 135 km north-west of Port Augusta in South Australia. It covers over 701 square kilometers (km2) in the Olympic Dam Copper Province. The Cameron River Copper Gold Project is located approximately 60 km east of Mt Isa in Queensland. The project consists of two exploration permits (EPM 27042 and EPM 27053) and covers over 35 km2 in the highly prospective MT Isa Inlier. The Kinloch Project is located in eastern South Australia, and is a collection of four tenements held in association with Boss Energy.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:managment is just going to wait till they blow the dust off it may make sence  but      only  to aviod themselfs from becoming imbroiled in a hostile bidding war   that   will happen  and everyone knows it .................     if i was trying to steal cod ----------------  i would first of all  do my best to find out    IF  possible   without looking colutionary    who else is waiting   to jump in .............  and  you never know ....  seeing as  this busness is full of thiefs   it will be impossible  to know  everyones intentions.... as there is  no  honour amongst thiefs                           this is  the only impediment  to a bid already happening ......................all interested partys are doing is   trying to  find out  who else is coming into the picture  and everyone has to be carfull as  i will for one will definatly  alerting the regulatory comition of ANY  buy out   as it realy is easy to see there  could be a set up here  and more....     like who knows  how deep this could go lololol.....................................        and where does  the set up start ..........very complicated-----lolol..............................  the whole  thing realy stinks  so  the board will be very interested  and may be watching  anyway on its oun........................           i bet you    whoever gets cod  they will be investigated  along with all  interested partys.................           in my opinion  anyway ................................................................................  benton  i dont think has enough money  now  but it could  buy cod if nobody else jumps in............................             we should have   someone  go back to the table  with an aceptable offer to cod  before the hosilitys start....... thats my prediction..........................  managment made the right move  forcing  it into the open .....     my self i still think our managment is honest and very good...........   and  thats the only move  they had....and i think it will work ..................................    a bidding war has more chance of failing   because or our value
