Share price going down...

Share price going down...Anyone other than Art, care to explain why the share price of Noka is down 80% in 7 months?
1) We all know about Kalt selling his shares (sedi)
2) There was a jump in U prices in Feb due to "exciting" (read not exciting" news about Japan.
3) We know about the U price slide which is currently accelerating (see the charts)
4) We know about the Syndicate news release (802cps)
5) We know about the joint venture partnership with AEX.

Some of the points above are positive, neutral or negative depending on how you see things. Be that as it may, the share price has been killed.
