RE:RE:Time to say goodbye
Regretfully, you failed to read my post very carefully....my comment was specific. I stated that Mr Shafran's excercised a great portion of his OPTIONS.
I have held this stock several times since the spring of 2006 and I have read more than a few CHW financial reports. If you read my previous posts, you will see that I do do my homework... before I post. The last time I looked at Sedar, this is what I saw.
The 2013 CHW Year end Financial report shows that there were 1.4 Million options outsanding as of Dec 31/13.....of which Mr Shafran held approx 700K. ....exercising a large portion of those options in March. Sedar shows that Mr Shafran holds only 400k options at this time with just over 100k shares in direct share ownership. Hmmmm....confidence in the company he runs...right?
Mr Shafran isn't 'some people'.....! When an insider holds 750K options, exercises and sells a great portion them in a week tells me more than enough.
I have no issue with any insider exercising optIions resposibility but I have every right to criticize the actions of any director of a small cap who would drop 300K shares onto the market with complete disregard to the other shareholders.
As for your anticipation for the next earning report, how may dividend periods will it take for you to make up the 5$ in stock value you lost in the past month? Don't forget, that 5$ per share represents....1.5 Million$ extra..... that Mr Shafran got to put into his bank account. Bad weather is the least of this companies issues.
