RE:Good Announcement and Good Day for BMK

RE:Good Announcement and Good Day for BMK

It's a start. Not trying to sound like a downer, but the budget for the necessary infrastructure is estimated at 2.25 billion. The liberals have offered up a good start, but more political intervention is required to get this going. If we get to 2.25 billion, hopefully Cliffs comes back in and with Noront working on their deposit, the ROF can get moving again...

I am nervous about the Feds because an election is coming and they are hoping to boast about a balanced budget - which they are getting close to achieving through massive spending cuts. If we get very lucky, they will run a surplus and will invest in some mineral extraction (they love their minerals....)
