RE:RE:RE:CVM accuses HRT executives from trading before material factIf anything I would have to say that MM's sale of 1 million HRTPY two days before announcing a dry hole off Namibia was for absolute sure an informed sale. After all, wasn't he the guy that was absolutely positive that Namibia held untold riches in oil. There is only one reason he would dump a bunch of stock two days before results were made public.
