RE:First quarter new release

RE:First quarter new releaseYes numbers were slated to be out by end of today.    I agree on your expectations.    Took advantage of recent rise to sell some of my position.   I worry on there hedging program as they are receiving well below current market value and 1st qtr hedge I believe is for more then what they are producing so now they have to pay market price to make up the difference.    If oil price stays where it is there hedging program will be a drag on the company for all of 2014.    They have slashed capital spending which should limit the debt rising further.    If the costs rise further, netbacks will be low and it will be a struggle to make it another quarter without someone buying them out as there credit facility is alomst maxed out.   Stock price seems to have support at 23-24 cents so maybe someone knows something.   There is value in this company if they can prove they can stay afloat without assistance.   Otherwise the wolves will wait a big longer to pay less for the assets then what the value is being asked for today I suspect.
