JPH As long as there is activity in the Federal Court with the Nisga'a you will not see the Federal Government Issue Permits,... The judge in his ruling stated ,...The Crown Respondents shall, following consulation with the Applicant and the Respondent, Avanti Kitsault Mine Ltd and by July 4 2014, submit a status report of the proceeding. So in my opinion we won't see any permits until after July 4 2014, there are just going to sit back and wait for the dust to settle. That's our Federal Government.
