Unfortunately I agree with your post.
The management really have spoken  volumes about their confidence in EPO
When a company starts  handing out very cheap long tem options it almost always turns out  very badly for the ordinary shareholder
The stock price drifts lower & surprise surprise more cheap options appear , just before a bit of good news somehow
A small rally management doubles their windfall & joe shareholder still has a nice tidy loss
Been there done that & its very painful
Enough said other than I have now lost confidence in this management group  to do the right thing for long term shareholders
