My theory about Rockstar is he is excited about this play because he knows someoen on the drill team. I have no way of knowing for sure, just a hunch. His gaurantees probably come from rumors the drill guys hear/spread and aren't all that reliable but get him excited. Hence the hit and miss on dates but still fairly accurate on the info itself. Whether or not this halt happens is something to be seen though. Not sure how anyone could predict a halt...
