RE:RE:Some newbies....You are correct Metal Head.  A "Bench Decision" would be very rare.  The Arbitration process results in a written decision detailing the ruling, and the justification for it.  We would all like to hear something immediately... but it may also take a couple weeks.  Usually the only reason for a Bench Decision, on the day the case is heard, is that one party fails to appear... or a binding settlement is reached without the Arbitration decision being necessary.  I continue to hold hope a settlement is reached. That would expedite everything and the license issue would also be resolved. Good luck Stans... and good luck to our investor family.  I remain cautiously optimistic.
